What I’m drinking tonight: Saint Arnold Spring Bock What I think about it: It’s hot today, but will be cold tomorrow. So I figure, tonight I’ll have the Saint Arnold spring seasonal, tomorrow I’ll have the winter. Regardless, I’ve been looking forward to this beer since last year. I mean, it has bluebonnets on the label! This has a lovely caramel color, light mouthfeel, and nice fresh malt flavor. It just tastes springy. Maybe a little grassy? More like the way grass smells when you mow on a spring day. It’s hard to describe, but I love it. Also, Saint Arnold notes that this is their “laziest beer.” Hmmm. Would I recommend? Haven’t I done that already?
